this few days. uh-huh. leadership & mindset of ppl nowadays.

mindset. Im really,really shocked.honestly.tat dae,i was just
sitting arnd the sch benches and a group of rowdy indian pupils
came up and sat and talked to their friends.well,i wasnt eavedropping.
i just accidentally heard their conversation. "How many subjects you failed?"
her friend said ''all but 2''. Im like woah coz the gurl's next reply was. ''eh,you idiot,
y u pass two?juz fail all la!" and subsequently all her friends tat pass by her would
be asked by her the question she first asked.
Why FAIL? Why not PASS?? whats wrong with ppl nowadays. Dont they know
how much everyone else,well,at least ppl like me will regret for failing 1 subject?
some even say tat they want to fail NLevel so that can go ITE. wats this crap?
when given a chance,grab it. when it goes,you're forever a step behind others.....

leadership.ever since the 8th council investiture, i feel so proud of myself for such
an achievement.I stricten my self-rules and ensured that everyone else did.But i
find that some leaders are abusing their post in a way to appeal to their own needs,
neglecting others. If everything goes on MAJORITY,all the minority shuld be cast
aside???!!!!!! that's the dumbest thing ever,to me. Mr Ong once told me
that too.eg,if MAJORITY wants AI to scrape off their rules, do you think the
sch will do it? obviously,no right? So? wats this plain crap abt majority rules?
A leader leads and serve.not command or rule. afterall,everyone has rights to
almost everything. as a leader myself, obviously i know the DoS and DontS.
but do they? they do everything to please themselves and at the end of the day,
who'll benefit? THEY ARE GNA BENEFIT.probably along with their clique.
how bout the minority? they are shit huh?
